Terms and Policies
Due to recent law changes governing sales tax into each state, Tecre is now required to charge sales tax on many U.S. domestic shipments. If you need to fill out a tax exemption certificate, please contact us at (920)922-9168 or (800)394-9168. If an exemption certificate is not presented within 24 hours of placing an order, Tecre may be obligated to charges sales tax on your order.
Tecre Co., Inc. is not responsible for import taxes, custom duties, and other tariffs charged for the import of our products abroad.
Important Information for our Foreign Clients
Tecre Co., Inc. fully abides export laws and declares the actual value of all of its products at all times in order to comply with customs regulations. We will not mark our product as "Samples" and notate a reduced value unless that product truly is a sample. We are not responsible for payment of import taxes, custom duties, and other tariffs charged for the import of our products abroad.
Shipping totals will be determined at the time of shipment. If you would like to know your shipping charges please contact Tecre Co., Inc.. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship orders unless the customer requests otherwise.
Claims & Returns
All claims must be received within 30 days of ship date. Claims received after 30 days will not be honored.
All returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Tecre Co., Inc. reserves the right to make improvements, design and specification changes to its products without notice.
