Plastic Centering Template

The plastic centering template is used with the adjustable rotary cutter to help with placement of your graphic before cutting. To insert the centering template into the cutter, first place the template onto the rotary cutter with the tab resting on a flap between any two of the indents. Secondly, rotate the template until the tab is resting in one of the indents. Be sure the four corners of the template are in the grooves under the four overhanging flaps. To cut the centering template, it is best to apply less downward force on the crank knob and continue to turn the crank until the plastic is cut completely through. It may take 10 to 20 turns of the crank to accomplish this. Be sure to use the cutting plate while doing this operation.
